HRF, being a non-profit charitable organisation, focuses on empowering marginalized groups through education, healthcare, vocational training, and awareness programs, ensuring access to essential resources for a better quality of life. By fostering self-reliance and social inclusion, we work towards creating a more equitable society. Our initiatives emphasize capacity-building,advocacy, and community engagement to drive long-term change.

Aims & Objects
The Aims & Objects are the Base of all activities of the organization:
Our main aim is to provide youth professional skills, development, and learning opportunities for the poor and excluded generation, with a focus on strengthening them. We plan to achieve our aim by developing, testing, and delivering evidence-based, feasible, and cost-effective interventions relating to professional and social development with greater involvement of the youth Programme and communities. We support the government initiative aimed at poverty reduction in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and targets.
To build up the character and conduct of the young men and women to be assets of the future society.
The main objective is to contribute to the young generation’s professional development, implementation, and scale-up of evidence-based and cost-effective interventions in the young professional and social sector. The specific objectives are:
❖To gain a greater understanding of professional development issues and explore possible solutions through quality research and development, keeping the focus on youth.
❖To promote quality research and research communications towards the development of evidence-based policy and practice in the field of youth;
❖To help the aged, sick, helpless, and indigent persons.
❖To engage and assist in such other philanthropic activities as may be deemed appropriate by the council of the society.
❖To instill the idea of self-reliance, self-respect & knowledge about the environment and reality of the situation among the village people.
❖To maintain, establish, assist, or take over, wholly or partially, any institute, organization, or Centre for the furtherance of the purpose of the society.
❖To promote or stimulate village self-sufficiency on the basis of rural and cottage Industries.
❖To organize preventive and curative health programmes and exhibitions.
❖To organize relief work and establish a center for relief or temporary rehabilitation during emergencies caused by Famine, flood, epidemic, etc.
❖To undertake programmes for social and adult education for the eradication of illiteracy and ignorance.
❖To work with the cooperation of West Bengal Khadi & Village Industries Board & Khadi & Village Industries Commission, according to the provisions of the schemes & following the rules and regulations. The entire income and assets, whichever will be derived and obtained out of these programmes/projects, will be common assets/income, and no portion of it shall be taken/realized, or consumed by any member/staff of the society.
❖To work actively for agricultural, technological, cultural, and scientific education of the rural people.
❖To educate rural people for normal & social reforms based on new scientific & progressive ideas.
❖To establish a kinder garden, technological, scientific, and liberal education, including education in social science, without gender distinction and over & develop rural education institutions and develop them up to mark of university standard.
